		<description><![CDATA[We seem to be going backwards from the public sector standards we were striving to achieve nearly a decade ago. It is terribly disappointing that we still have to remind &#039;designers and editors&#039; of their fundamental duty to their users, such as logical structures, clear labelling, sufficient colour contrasting, accessible PDFs and user testing by disabled people. 
I hear someone say - resources and timescales - really! Things have not changed then.]]></description>
