Hello,

I was forced to stop working as a computer technical consultant in January 2012 because of Multiple Sclerosis. I worked all over Europe, travelling and putting in a 50+ hour week this workload was no longer achievable.

I have setup a website so I can now work at home - this is a feasible option. I have to taylor my working life to what I can physically achieve. Giving up being a computer consultant was not at all easy. Now I am much more relaxed and I am starting to find it much more rewarding running my own business.

OK I was lucky, as one door closed another one opened. It was not magic, it wss a planned event, the only unknown was when it was going to occur. At the moment I am trying to be an entrepreneur, I think my idea is good, I am learning an awful lot so give me a year at least to find out if I make a success of it. So far it looks positive but only been running the site since 1 Feb.

Do take a look at the website www.aid4disabled.com. Send me your feedback, like me on Facebook and follow me on Twitter.

Regards,
