Since its inception Headstar has undertaken a wide range of research, opinion survey and consultancy projects for clients as diverse as government departments, blue-chip corporations and non-profit bodies. One of our earliest research projects investigated the use of the internet by senior civil servants, on behalf of the former First Division Association.

Since then we have advised the Department for Education and Skills on the use of the internet for online discussion and debate; worked with HumanITy on a paper for BT on access to broadband by people with disabilities; and written briefings for MPs and Peers on technology issues, on behalf of the Parliamentary IT Committee (PITCOM).
