Headstar's two main publications are E-Government Bulletin, on the use of new technologies across central and local government and the wider public sector; and E-Access Bulletin, on access to technology by people with impaired vision and other disabilities. Both are recognised leaders in their sectors, with track records of 10 years and 7 years respectively.
