E-Access '08: Fortune Cookie accessibility champion to deliver keynote

Julie Howell, Director of Accessibility at digital design agency Fortune Cookie, will deliver the keynote speech at Headstar’s E-Access ‘08 conference in London on 23 April 2008.

Now in its fourth year, E-Access'08 will provide delegates with an opportunity to hear about the very latest issues surrounding access to the web; e-learning and education, digital TV switchover; accessible books; and employment issues. Julie Howell - who was recently appointed to chair a committee to develop a new British Standard on accessible website development - will offer delegates insight into this ground-breaking web project, and also cover issues relating to access to the world of social networking.

The conference and the accompanying exhibition will offer valuable insights into the latest products, services, tips and techniques that help people with disabilities participate in the information age.
